About Trisha

A Life's Journey of Health

Trisha Donaldson has made a passion into a mission.  Having struggled in her early years with eating disorders, misinformation on proper dieting and training, and feeling generally lost while attempting to liver her best life, Trisha understands the obstacles and hurdles that many face traveling down the road to a healthier you.

After many hard and costly lessons and through the immersion into the fitness industry, Trisha finally found her path.  Working diligently to obtain a business degree from Caldwell College and becoming a certified personal trainer, Trisha lived by example to her clients.  The path for ongoing education never stopped and the hunger for more information led Trisha to become a certified Nutrition coach.  Her clientele has been a source of great accomplishment for over 20 years.  Becoming a NPC Figure competitor and placing first in many shows, Trisha retired for competition in 2006 but still maintains the belief that a healthy lifestyle is the way to get the most out of life.  “Fitness competitions were an amazing experience but this field is not meant for longevity as “healthy” may not accurately describe some of the competitive methods.”  Trisha chose to return to her roots in training other and bringing a functional life to optimal and performing well into your golden years.

“To see a person’s mobility increase or energy reach young adult levels has been a great reward to a life dedicated to helping others.”

Don’t think that life does not get in the way.  Trisha is the proud mother of 2 young boys who she and her Husband Kevin also emphasize that overall fitness and health through training your body, mind, and diet will allow you to have the advantage growing up in a competitive society.  The biggest myth about anyone in the nutrition or personal training field is that they don’t face the same temptations as everyone.  What makes them successful is the tools learned overtime to deal with these trials and overcome through alternative methods of either training or eating.

Trisha is ready to now take her 20 plus years experience and apply it to life coaching.  Mentally and physically preparing people who are ready to make a change in their life for the better.  “It doesn’t take much effort to demonstrate the proper technique of an exercise or plan a proper food regimen, but working the body and mind together is the best recipe to enact positive change in the total wellbeing life of my clients.”

Trisha is a committed advocate for those she works with to not just change your life now, but forever.

Turning the Passion for Fitness Into a Life Mission

"When times are good, it is very easy to be happy and continue moving forward. During difficult times, how you react is the true measure of a woman. To be able to endure and see it through to the other side, knowing that there is light at the end of the tunnel. There is still an enormous amount of healing that needs to take place, but Trisha feels that the trials she went through had their purpose, and she is better prepared to see them until the end".
